The menu here is impressively diverse and thoughtfully curated. Start with an array of crispy appetizers like golden onion rings, crunchy zucchini planks, or the irresistible fried pickles—renowned for their full spears and perfectly seasoned breading that stays put with every bite. The hand cut fries are a revelation, especially the loaded pizza fries and Cajun fries offering layers of flavor that beckon you to indulge. Pizza lovers rave about Maudie’s Sixers' large fresh-cut pizzas, boasting a perfectly balanced crust with just the right amount of topping—Dan DeGruttola calls it “some of the best pizza” he’s ever had.
But it’s the chicken wings that firmly put Maudie’s on the map. Expertly fried to maintain a crispy exterior while staying juicy inside, these wings come drenched in flavorful sauces that keep customers coming back time and again. From classic buffalo to inventive splits and drumsticks, each bite delivers a satisfying kick that cements Maudie’s as “the best wings in town” according to longtime patrons like Marissa Millar.
Complementing the food is a standout selection of drinks—enjoy an ice-cold Yuengling Lager on draft, or savor the smooth bubbles of Stella Artois served fresh on tap. The bar's lineup includes both old school brews and craft beers, offering something for every palate and perfectly paired with the robust flavors of the menu.
Whether you’re craving a savory stromboli, the loaded cheeseburgers, or innovative wedges topped with turkey & bacon or buffalo chicken, Maudie’s Sixers consistently delivers generous portions that satisfy even the heartiest appetites. The genuine, welcoming vibe combined with delicious food and attentive service creates an experience that feels both hearty and heartfelt. It’s no wonder visitors describe it as an “off-the-grid spot” that’s “always awesome,” and locals cherish it as a go-to hub for great food and good times.

My visits are mainly at lunch time. Always great service, great food and good prices. Huge menu with delicious hoagies, pizza, wings, salads, sides, etc. Generous portions! Crystal is a wonderful hostess.
this place is the best around. crystal the bartender is always awesome, the food is great, jason the owner is always nice. best wings in town by far but all their food is so good. 11/10 highly recommend!!
Had the pizza. Damn good pizza! I enjoyed my visit. Honestly, some of the best pizza I've ever had.
My family goes here a lot when my sister is in to visit. We love the HUGE pizza the have and their wings are great! I got a large fresh cut fry that had cheese sauce and stuff on it. Amazing!! and had plenty to share! It was a Tuesday with one sever running the back. Your typical bar and restaurant style. Simple with TVs and a projector and music. I took wings to-go for my wife and kid.
Was cruisin' around Indiana County and randomly found Maudie’s Sixers for lunch. Those off-the-grid spots are always the bomb. Scored half-price pizza on Thursdays which is a steal And their fried pickles? Absolute fire. The breading stays put, and they serve up full spears, none of those wimpy chips. Plus, they dish out chicken drumsticks, fry 'em up, and drench 'em in sauce—basically mega chicken wings. And you bet the beer was ice cold. Total win-win situation.
